Return Policy

If we send you an incorrect fabric, please contact us with in 3 business days. We will email you a pre-paid return label. Refunds/Exchanges for incorrect fabric will be processed as soon as the fabric arrives back at our warehouse.

In stock Fabric purchased at carry a 5-day no questions asked return policy*. To ensure that your return has been authorized please contact Customer Service for an authorized return number to avoid delays in processing your return.

Fabrics shipped to third parties (upholstery shops/customs brokers) are not eligible for returns.

We encourage customers to inspect the contents of their package(s) upon delivery.  We are unable to issue refunds after 5 days from the date of purchase. Returned items MUST be received with in 4 days of RMA or no refund will be issued. 

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days from the item(s) being returned to our facility. All refunds are issued against your original form of payment. Items shipped to third parties are not eligible for return. Once a refund has been authorized, it may take additional time before it posts to your account.Contact your issuing bank to find out how long this takes. 

Fabrics which are cut, washed, dirty, contain pet hairs, odors or have been altered are not eligible for a refund or exchange. All returns may be subject to a restocking fee. No returns on Sunbrella, special order, or clearance fabrics.

Note: Fabric swatches cannot be returned for a refund or store credit.

All returns must be free of dirt, stains, pet hair, and odors in order to receive any credit for the return. Any returns with the aforementioned issues will be considered final sale and no refund will be given.

  • Returns must be packaged in the original packaging or in a manner similar to how the fabric was shipped
  • Customer is responsible for all shipping costs, this includes original retail shipping costs as well as return shipping costs
  • Returns must be received within 5 business days from the date the RMA is issued.
  • 25% restock fee applies returns
  • No returns on full bolts or special order fabrics.

Items sent back with out authorization number will not be accepted and no refund will be issued. Failure to comply with the above terms results in forfeiture of items and refund.
